When the Company was founded in 1965, the business was strictly guard dog training for the security industry, police departments and the private sector covering the State of Wisconsin, Northern Illinois, Michigan, Iowa and the Minnesota areas. In 1973 the company branched into the security sector with officers assisted by canine patrols. The corporation is locally owned and operated which is advantageous to our clients in that the management is familiar with specific problems and solutions for the entire State and the Milwaukee area. The company has been licensed in the State of Wisconsin since 1975.

Our company during its years of business has had management staff appointed to the State of Wisconsin Regulation and Licensing Committee to develop rules and regulations for security companies. Blue Knight was involved in determining the testing standards for the firearm requirement procedures for firearm licenses. Blue Knight has a detailed company instruction manual outlining company policy and State of Wisconsin rules and regulations.
